The ECIU Leadership Programme was first launched in 2003. It is an annual programme which offers up to twenty staff from the ECIU partner organisations an opportunity to come together to develop their leadership skills while also contributing to innovation and change in leadership development at the ECIU universities. The programme is a structured learning experience for both leaders and potential leaders. The location of the meetings rotates each year, the seminars being hosted in three different ECIU universities
